Automation of industrial installations-IPA
The system of automation of industrial installations combines communication networks, control, measurement and Control Control and data collection systems from the internet network, the system of automation of Management in technological processes (SCADA). This system consists of a combination of technological and topological systems from a single center, the management of which can be controlled by devices such as mobile phones or tablets.
The main graphical interface of this system consists of three main elements, including one of the three separated units (Remote Terminal Unit), communication system, central control system (Main Control Center – MTU), consisting of solutions for industrial enterprises, monitoring, security alarm system, data collection, analysis and reporting systems.
Recent achievements in the field of computer and communication technologies have reduced the costs of equipment in this area and allowed the reduction of production costs.
For example, in the distribution of water supply, it is possible to carry out quick, operational control with management from the network. As a result, the energy spent on this work is used more efficiently, more efficiently, and water supply is carried out with better quality. Information about the system is archived, statistical reports are made and more effective and economical management is applied.
