The main task of the state is to ensure the safety of people's lives and property. 

What once needed protection from wild animals, tribes, is now being replaced by the need for protection from diseases, accidents and natural disasters. In the modern world, in a number of countries, three organizations provide public safety: the police (together with the Gendarmerie), the fire service and the ambulance.

In Call Centers, emergency calls are received by operators and carried out with the appropriate police, gendarmerie, emergency medicine, firefighting, Coast Guard, Forestry and distribution logistics software. If necessary, information is blocked, information related to the recorded event is processed, stored in a common database, and also transmitted to the appropriate center by radio communication in the form of a phone call and audio recording.

Once the incident has been eliminated, while people feel comfortable, the system allows you to quickly access digital maps (maps) serving the scene with GPS data, reports on police activity, ambulances or Fire Service, and photographic images depicting this activity
