Command Control Centers-OCC
The purpose of these centers is to create a physical opportunity for the management of services and tools provided in various areas, as well as to carry out their control from a centralized room.
The first such control centers in the world were used in production conditions in the 1920s. As a rule, the dispatch rooms of vital objects are closed to the general public for the purpose of strict security measures. This is how it becomes possible to observe each point on the screen, which is the size of a wall in these types of centers and is intended for the operator. All control control rooms are designed in 24/7/365 mode of operation, ensuring that every moment is under such control.
As a rule, command control centers are created and operate mainly: at nuclear power plants, power generation enterprises, oil refineries, large transport facilities, bridges, canals and tunnels, rapid transit systems, airports, flight, transport management systems, emergency medical centers and other strategically important enterprises.
