Building Automation Systems-BAS

The implementation of work on building automation can be classified as follows: implementation of hardware and software for automation of the electrical system in high-rise modern buildings or small plush villas.

The general structure of this work can be considered on three levels. At the lowest level, the compliance of “standard equipment” with physical equipment, providing control of electricity and its measurement.  As examples of control elements, one can note “engine cover”, “engine dempfer”, which are controlled with the help of an analog signal. "Temperature regulator”, “humidity regulator”, “pressure regulator”," light level regulator " are controlled by applying analog input signals.

At the second level of the equipment, a section “input-output modules” was included to help transfer information to electrical signals. Input-output data on controllers are divided into two groups in “Analog and digital” formats.

For example, if the pressure drop relay shows 1 when measuring the presence or absence of air pressure in the ventilation duct, it means that there is a tautness. If it shows 0, then there is no. Unlike static air for the measurement of the pressure drop in the ventilation duct, the “pressure drop regulator” measures the minute difference and the dimensions of two points of the duct about the air as PA.

Thus, the ranges of analog signals carry out continuous evaluation. "Input-output modules" are used to prepare various types of signals on the equipment and exchange information about them. Standard equipment and connections are performed with physically separate power cables for each unit. Just as each module is used for one device, so are models in which more than one device can be connected to one module in Watts.

At the third level, the control device is placed. This carries out the exchange of information by creating a single data exchange protocol with “input-output modules”, analyzes the information received in a short time and transmits it in a pre-programmed way.
