In English NOC is an acronym, which is formed from the initial letters of the phrase “Network Operations Center”, also known as a “network management center”, is one or more locations from which network monitoring and control, or network management, is exercised over a computer, telecommunication or satellite network.
The first network control center that displayed the location and route information was opened by AT & T in New York in 1962. Internal and external network infrastructures enable monitoring. Many different elements, such as satellite systems, condition surveillance monitors, TV set, backup units, network equipment and backbones, passwords, hardware encryption devices, safes, computers, can work together in NOC ‘s environment. Altogether analysis, problem solving, communication, troubleshooting, reporting, and placement decisions are made 24/7/365.
